Calvis Estates Resubdivision — 20 Acre Land Development

Geotechnical investigation and pavement recommendations for the internal roadway at Calvis Estates Resubdivision, a roughly 20-acre, 18-lot residential resubdivision at the southwest corner of Taylorsville Road and Pebblestone Road in Dale, Caldwell County, Texas. Lots range from about 1.0 to 1.7 acres and are served by a new street off Taylorsville Road ending in a cul-de-sac.

Scope included subsurface exploration along the roadway alignment, laboratory testing, and flexible and rigid pavement recommendations for a low-volume residential street, including lime-stabilized subgrade and an alternate section with Tensar InterAx NX750 at the base interface.
